Cool Data Visualization Projects

This is a great blog post linking to some interesting data visualization projects. I particularly like the first example, Wordle, which I found myself spending quite a bit of time playing around with. The BBC videos are awesome too.

I'm rather more active on Twitter, have a few pictures up on Flickr, and I tend to keep track of people on LinkedIn and reluctantly so on Facebook. My day job is running WorldTV.com - a site for doing cool things with online video.

Liking the wordle gummidge, really useful for e.g. batching genres or topic words, also check out www.cooliris.com for super slick image UI that sits snuggly in your browser and zoom acroos a wall of web page images.
