We were having an issue with Mac and PC Safari where a white screen would sometimes appear if you tried to load the Editor or a WorldTV Channel. This issue has now been fixed.

Dear Sir
Today I opened my account with you. I have a problem and sent a email to reception@worldtv.com but it was returned as Mailer Deamon. So I try to communicate this way!
I also have an account with wwww.blip.tv where I have many videos.
I tryed to upload videos many times but failed. Every time I get the message “URL possible corrupted or site is down, please use another URL or try again later. We can’T validate your video URL!
So I went back to http://www.blip.tv and ched if the site is down or if there is any problem to fiew my videos. But everthing is OK.
Now which code do I have to use for the upload to worldtv?

Either one don’t work and I feel like I am an idiot. I want to use your software and need help to solve that problem!
The videos that I got at Blip.TV are made with a European standart (P.A.L.) camcorder. Blip TV can read any standart. How about worldtv? Is that website only for consumers in the USA? I am located at the Caribbean!

Hi Anett, you are not going crazy – there is a problem at the moment with Blip.tv which we are looking into thanks to your message.

Mojo, WorldTV does not use a conventional login system. Simply bookmark your editor page and return to it whenever you like.
The editor page URL is sent to you in an e-mail entitled ‘Access Details for your WorldTV Channel’ when you first create your channel. You can also work out this URL if you know your channel URL. Just add /editor onto the end of the channel URL.
You can protect your editor page with a ‘secret word’ You can set this up on the Channel Settings page and we do recommend people do this.

Hemos verificado tu canal y la orden parece ser correcto en el Playe con tus vìdoes numerados, para hacer la selección arbitraria por favor selecta la opción “Aleatoria”

We have checked your channel and the order appears to be correct on the player and match with your numbered clips, to make the play selection arbitrary please sect the “Random” option
